Awful experience. They line people up in the hallway which seems dangerous and violates HIPAA. As a medical professional I noticed unprofessional behavior by staff, and horrible “sterile” technique. The nurses in the OR are rude and disrespectful. There was a nurse named Mary whom I plan to speak to HR about. A few others but the way Mary spoke was out of line. Staff is the absolute best on every level. From front desk reception to nurses to anesthesia and doctors, thand anyone else i may have missed. Sue is wonderful for information and getting things done and has an awesome personality. Entire staff so knowledgeable, caring, treated me like family. Listened when I talked no matter how silly I thought questions were they answered. Made me feel informed, relaxed, cared for. I won't hesitate if I need them again. Areas are super clean and private. Thanks everyone.
I had an ACL reconstruction here and had a great experience! Everyone was very kind and helpful! I had a nurse named Megan who went above and beyond helping me pre and post op. Amazing experience and definitely would recommend to anyone needing surgery!
