I agree with the previous post. Oakwood Custom Homes and Douglas Zook are not a builder that you would want to do any kind of business with. They are extremely cheap and very, very, dishonest. Check the BBB website and really do your research before you build or even talk to them. And they also use very "shady" subcontractors; no license, etc.
ZERO STARS DO NOT BULD,BUY,OR RENT A HOME FROM OAKWOOD! MR. ZOOK AND HIS EMPLOYEES ARE DISHONEST,THIEFS,AND HAVE ABSOLUTLEY NO CUSTOMER CARE AT ALL! ASK FOR REFERENCES... I BET THEY VAN GIVE NOT ONE!!
