My elderly father has lived at Marlowe for approximately 2 months and the experience has been deeply disappointing (at best). During this short time, he has dealt with sewage backing up into the bathtub, multiple clogged toilets, windows that do not function properly, and an air conditioning unit that shuts off unexpectedly and does not consistently cool. I've lived at Marlowe apartments for the better part of 6-months. My apartment is newly renovated and I like it. Any issues I have had are quickly resolved by the front office staff. They are always considerate The maintenance staff are great and equally speedy. The work associated with the renovations do not bother me as they are out of the way and are performed within working hours. You can already see the new look will turn out great.
My roommate and I have been living in Marlow for over a year now and the experience has been great! The front desk staff is very friendly and makes it very easy to get packages. Our apartment is renovated so everything operates pretty smoothly and looks new. We’ve had to put in a few minor maintenance requests and they’ve been super fast to stop by to fix things.
