Love the renovations!
I lived at the apartment for 3 years and just moved out this past April. The building was promising at first, but has drastically went downhill when Greystar took over. Constant construction, unresponsive maintenance requests, rude staff, and things constantly breaking. I have several horror stories about this place, ranging from our windows constantly leaking, having to keep our balcony furniture in our unit for several months and having the deadline constantly pushed back with no explanation during summer and with no optio... read more
Sadly, I am changing my review. Do not recommend this place.
My elderly father has lived at Marlowe for approximately 2 months and the experience has been deeply disappointing (at best). During this short time, he has dealt with sewage backing up into the bathtub, multiple clogged toilets, windows that do not function properly, and an air conditioning unit that shuts off unexpectedly and does not consistently cool.
