Bad place to live. Leasing office attempted to defraud me of several thousand dollars at the end of a three month tenancy. The construction noise is invasive and is constant. There is even a generator during the night now. I can still hear it with earplugs, a hat and a pillow over my ears. The leasing office are borderline fraudulent. (Frequent no hot water unannounced - with construction noise) This video is a pretty good indication of the constant construction noise.
Great customer service and excellent management.
This location is perfect! I toured with Sandi and the newly renovated apartments were nice especially for the price!
A very nice up and coming area, the apt were nice and newly renovated and the staff was very friendly.
