The Oakwood team has been amazing to work with. I have had the pleasure of working with many team members, but the most with Ed Thompson. He has been one of the best. He is very responsive and helps get everything you need. I highly recommend this company.

The absolute worst. My company used them for my relocation to Las Vegas and I can't imagine a worse customer service experience. From the point I signed me lease I got zero consideration, and every issue was met with a stock response letter that offered no help whatsoever. If you can avoid them please do. Just take a look at the dining room chair in my place.
