We had a flood in our kitchen, requiring remediation and restoration of cabinets, walls, and hardwood floors (the entire first floor). Oakwood Construction has the finest team I've ever seen. They are the best of the best and fantastic to work with. They treated our house like it was theirs. They set an aggressive schedule, finished early, and the end-of-job punch list was blank. Attention to detail, skilled, excellent communication, and our house looks fabulous.

Just wanted to share what an AMAZING team Oakwood sent with a rock star team lead in Karla to pack out our water damaged and Palisades fire damaged belongings. I lead teams so I know good culture when I see it. They’re all smiles, all friendly to the customer, nice to each other, collaborative, communicative, supportive, conscientious, efficient, and celebratory after a successful job. After the Eaton Fire our insurance contracted with Oakwood to do restoration service for smoke and ash. The INTERIOR CLEANING team was FANTASTIC! Thorough and professional throughout the entire house! They were on time, flexible to our needs and worked with little to no supervision by us. We were very pleased with their service and relieved by the EXCELLENT RESULTS!
