Tfp is the best in town!
After much internet research we approached Oakwood for an estimate for about 20 linear feet of closet. We visited the showroom and identified the type of units we wanted, then asked for a price estimate. We were told only Dave could do that and he wasn’t available, so we should email details. We did that, and then waited for the email to be acknowledged. It finally was, but Dave was unable to provide any kind of estimate. Last summer I had closets installed in our Master Bedroom closet. Overall the design was good, but installation and quality of work and follow-up was very poor: 1) The first installation was very poor quality with gaps, sections not attached to the wall properly, several section where not level and drawer did not close properly. 2) I followed up with the main office and their supervisor missed two schedule appointment when I had scheduled time off. 3) Finally I was able to schedule a second installer from Oakwood who had to ... read more
