Each of our staff members has had a background check, and been personally trained by the owner herself. We send out teams of two and three to each cleaning appointment. We will take time to thoroughly clean your house, while you take time to do the things that mean the most in your life.

Oakwood Cleaning Service was hired several months ago to clean my office on a monthly basis. I made it very clear from the start that they were cleaning a doctor's office and not a home. No matter how many times I reminded them of this, they refused to understand that this was the case. Poor follow through. I had to continue to make phone calls to confirm appointment. Owner did FaceTime tour of home then said she'd email, quote. 4 days past, had to call to request quote. Took another 24 hours to receive. After accepting and sending response via email, waited for phone call to set appointment. Had to call to do that. Then had to call the day before for time of arrival to find out they couldn't come that day. Scheduled a new day with promise of phone call the day before for time. This is an excellent operation! Their references were impeccable, the price was reasonable and the cleaners were careful, hard working and friendly. I immediately paid them, generously tipped them and arranged for the same personnel to return at a later date. FIVE STARS!
