Oakwood Cafe is Southern This is a wonderful place for people that are near the airport or in Atlanta. Its very Southern. They have a variety of food dishes to try and they have meals for every day of the week. Meats and Veggies! There is also a HUGE farmers market right out front to browse thru if you need some fresh produce.
I always try to stop in for some good cooking & fresh farm veggies when Atlanta, eaten here for as long as I can remember. I was saddened today to see this Atlanta Tradition has been closed 😢 And a Burrito - Mexican restaurant was opening in its place! 😖😣😢😡

Love this place . the food is amazing . I got a new favorite place for breakfast. Truck driver from Wisconsin so I get to visit a lot of places. This one is definitely top of the list
I went there for the first time in 1973 for the fresh vegetables and fried pork chops. I cannot tell you how many times I've been back but I can tell you I went in August 2015. Yes! Pork chops! Collard greens! Corn bread. Friendliest service. A must try when you visit Atlanta.
