Nice location and beautiful community but definitely Overpriced!! I bought one of th quick move in lot and I am noticing so many small issues. Some notable ones - HVAC didn't work on day 1, builder installed faulty whirlpool wall oven appliance, I haven't been able to use it since we moved in(over a month). Model home has different appliances than they give you. The neighborhood and homes are nice but I think they're a little overpriced considering there are many new construction communities around there.
