Bought a car back in 2022 went to renew tags and was told I have to pay 960.00 due to a check that was given to the DMV by Michelle Henderson that had insufficient funds. I was given hard plates and a tag from Michelle 2 months after my purchase. Which to me meant that everything thing was okay. In going to the Tax and Title place today I was told that again the check Michelle gave to the DMV bounced.
