I have lived here long enough to see both the good days and the decline that followed. Unfortunately, since the current management company took over, the overall quality of the property has deteriorated significantly while costs have continued to rise. Security is a good example. it's a good location but the management was always incredibly slow (especially considering the high rent), the complex had constant fire alarms for no reason, and also they spent about a year doing the most deranged renovation I have ever seen (the lighting in the hallways is so bad the lamps hurt to look at); I'm sure it's gotten even worse since then Edit a year later: As a final indignity, I tried to get a landlord reference from PGV. Really enjoying my experience at Pasadena Gateway Villas. The property has a great atmosphere, the location is fantastic, and the progress on the building and remodels is looking great. The biggest standout is definitely the staff — everyone has been incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful. It’s been a great place to call home.
Love this place ! The process to move in and get accepted was straight forward . They were very helpful throughout the way . All units were freshly remodeled, super clean and comforting ! Great location and very quiet. So far loving this apartment complex !
I moved into PGV about a month ago and it has been a great experience living in this residence. Tamera, the leasing manager, was very helpful in finding the right unit for me to move into and made the process very seamless. Neighbor is relatively quiet and safe, and having access to 210 freeway has been one of my biggest convenience. Public areas and amenities are clean and accessible.
