Do you like running water?!? THEN DON'T LIVE HERE...no running water from 9am -6pm multiples times a month. Hopefully you don’t need to wash your hands or flush the toilet and you don't get thirsty either or need water to cook. Better to find a "luxury" apartment where you can actually have water coming from the pipes. Also do you want your packages stolen?! I didn’t think so literally pick anywhere else and thank me later
A complete nightmare experience living here!! **NOT** luxury apartments, instead you'll deal with pest infestations, terrible management, and outrageous fees. What to expect if you move in: -Pest / Roach / Rat infestations (we had roaches crawling through our walls and into our kitchen) -YOU WILL PAY HUNDREDS MORE IN FEES THAN JUST RENT. $80+/month trash fee is just one example. From my one-year of living experience,I was happy with the location and convenience to Pasadena including easy access to highway 134. The swimming pool was nice and well-managed throughout the summer. However after the new management we have seen some parts changed. There were frequent (but sudden) notice for water shut-offs during the day. We had couple requests for maintanance but there were no follow-ups or responsibilies involved. As a current resident, I’ve encountered recurring issues with billing and the administrative staff, including lack of follow-up, unresolved concerns, and frequent referrals to other teams without taking ownership. Also worth mentioning that there is no EV charging. The renovated apartments kitchen cabinets as well as the dishwashers are the cheapest you can source/install. On a positive note, the maintenance team has been excellent.
I put a maintenance request and they marked as complete without actually doing anything. Other residents that live here are having roach problems as well. One picture is in my kitchen the other one in the lobby
