Absolutely incredible team of leasing agents who went far beyond their duties to accommodate us. Property is pristine with incredible amenities and maintained to a gold standard round the clock. Could not be more impressed with the staff and this particular community.

This property and management company are a joke! Move to Acappella Pasadena instead. It's just 5 minutes away. Closer to old Pasadena, amenities are better and an overall better living experience.
I have lived here long enough to see both the good days and the decline that followed. Unfortunately, since the current management company took over, the overall quality of the property has deteriorated significantly while costs have continued to rise. Security is a good example. This was once a property with visible 24-hour security coverage. Today, it is rare to see security staff on site. Despite being a gated community, package theft has become a recurring issue.
