Elevators constantly down, maintenance only adds temporary fixes (such as taping a window shut…in the Chicago winter) rather than actual solutions, staff “loses” your rent payments and then gives you late fees, cars in paid lot constantly broken into, save yourself the time and rent next door.
The woman at the front desk is SOOO rude!! I would never even considering leasing here after being treated that way. She was screaming at tenants that wanted to leave and yelled at me for having a question about the apartment without a tour.
Such a great location to explore and get around Chicago. Toured here & Matthew in leasing was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help the process to become a resident. Very knowledgeable and professional.
