Move In Review: From beginning to end of the move-in period, the leasing staff of 1200 Acqua Apartments were extremely helpful. Perris & Ty were our guides through the sign-on process and were both extremely helpful. It all started well until my last few months my A/C stopped working and even though it was a high priority it took them a week to come look at it. Even though it was peak of summer and I had pets in my apartment still took them a week to come and look at it. When it comes to moving out don’t even worry about cleaning because they’ll charge you regardless.
