Pretty good place, homes are really cozy
My stay here was really peaceful! No issues or complaints. The front desk staff was also really helpful and friendly.
Customer service was awesome, Ms Perris was helpful. I was able to move in earlier than expected.
Constant wifi connection issues, car wash station down for over a year, constant garbage compacting issues, front gates almost never working, stove top vent blows directly above no connection to outside.
Gate is open 24/7 because it is always out of order. After hours maintenance might give you a call back but will not respond to check on leaks. General maintenance is hit or miss. I haven’t unpacked because I really don’t want to live here and it hurts because the apartment they showed me was so nice. Oh and the time I came home to keys in the door knob after maintenance had been in. Yeah you are taking a risk moving here.
