wouldn’t recommend these apartments at all . they don’t fix nothing ! maintenance will walk in your house unannounced and can barely fix anything ! any 5 start rating you see on there is because they bribe people to right good reviews to get money off rent or win prizes etc so don’t believe it ain’t nothing luxurious about these apartments . people around here are disgusting will have leaking trash in front of there doors cause stray cats and bugs to be around my door and nothing has been resolved . they put notices on peopl... read more
Move In Review: From beginning to end of the move-in period, the leasing staff of 1200 Acqua Apartments were extremely helpful. Perris & Ty were our guides through the sign-on process and were both extremely helpful. I am very much appreciative to Perris at how much time she took to answer all questions I had (which were many), and allowing us to visit the apartment complex on multiple occasions whether to see the facilities, multiple floor layouts, or even test the internet speeds. It all started well until my last few months my A/C stopped working and even though it was a high priority it took them a week to come look at it. Even though it was peak of summer and I had pets in my apartment still took them a week to come and look at it. When it comes to moving out don’t even worry about cleaning because they’ll charge you regardless.
