The current on-site management needs immediate attention from the property’s ownership or corporate office. Terrible. They will not notify you if there is a rent change and THEN try to charge you. They will give you an end date and state in civil suit your lease was terminated a month before the actual date. People using drugs in parking lot kids running around and nothing ever gets addressed. Roaches galore as well. Better off applying elsewhere folks.

Do NOT come here. The new management does not care about tenants whatsoever. It feels like 90% of the people here are living for free, while the tenants who actually work and pay rent are the ones being penalized. Don’t even think about getting a second job to make ends meet, they’ll count that income too and just raise your rent even higher. Highly don’t recommend, I have been waiting on blinds for a year now. Put in plenty of maintenance request took him 2 months just to fix my water. Always see him riding in his golf cart not fixing nothing. New property manager Ashley Riley is so rude, she don’t know how to talk to anybody and my first time ever being late because a personal situation she took me to court and even though i had all the money to give her she put me and my 2 small children out in the cold and still expected me to give her the money.

I have lived here for some years. In the beginning it was peaceful and clean. Now, it is filthy(broken down, tagless cars, grocery carts everywhere dumpsters overflowing) and lots of disturbances. I, along with several neighbors, have notified Mebane Police Department on MULTIPLE occasions because of witnessing verbal alercations, violent physical fighting that involved knives/stabbings, communicating threats, and gun violence.
