I have lived here for some years. In the beginning it was peaceful and clean. Now, it is filthy(broken down, tagless cars, grocery carts everywhere dumpsters overflowing) and lots of disturbances. I, along with several neighbors, have notified Mebane Police Department on MULTIPLE occasions because of witnessing verbal alercations, violent physical fighting that involved knives/stabbings, communicating threats, and gun violence. If anyone is thinking about living in this filth you may as well find the nearest dumpster to pay your money for. If I could give it a zero rating I would. Terrible living conditions should be condemned! The owner should be ashamed! Maintenance should be fired! Plus I was told that the maintenance man just walks in unannounced. My aunt was in the shower and he just walked in on her. Unacceptable! When we found out she was living in this hellhole we moved her out of this dump!
This place needs a lot of work.
