This place needs a lot of work.
Waiting for management to send video footage ive asked for.
This apartment complex is not worth it. My niece was being charged for an apartment that she was not living in. The lease was renewed she was not on the new lease. When things were bad office was told they did nothing. You can smell smoking not cigarettes in the hallway and people drinking. Better job needs to be done or better staff.
I have been a resident at Oakwood for several years. I have seen a major decline in the apartment community with Oakwood maintenance, general contractor property management and tenants. The outside appearance of buildings are dirty with green substance, leaves, webs, mold on siding and windows. The grounds and parking lots are unkept, there is trash(used diapers, bags of trash, cans, cigarettes, used personal items) and debris everywhere.
