Another review of military members being SCAMMED from cleaning cost. We thought previous reviews were dirty tenants getting revenge… nope, I believe them 100%. Me and my girlfriend spent hours and hours cleaning the place to make it spotless. We got the move out document and they spent another 20 HOURS “cleaning” many things I know were spotless. The document that lists out what “cleaning” occurred has blatant lies like - the fridge had to be cleaned, bathroom drawers needed to be washed out (who washes drawers out?), window... read more
They get you with absurd cleaning cost even if you live there for less than 6 months. Wouldn’t recommend unless you plan on being assaulted by outrageous cleaning costs.
Avoid if military, they will screw you over with absurd cleaning costs when you PCS, hoping you won't fight it because you just want to move on to your next assignment.
