Be very, very careful when you rent on their properties. I rented at the Oakwood Apartments, in STURGEON BAY 54235 and the rent is cheap for a reason. 1. They do not have a maintenance person to fix their property and haven't for months, but they didn't tell me until 2 weeks after I reported broken equipment and complained. 2.
