It's a pretty good hospital very nice staff security is awesome I really love the nurses and Doctors even Dietary is great
My sister was hospitalized and I came to support her. I won't go into details but the Head Nurse, Maureen, on day shift, should not be in charge! She needs training in customer service/people skills. Kudos to Sherry the CNA!
The staff in the ICU have been nothing short of amazing with the treatment of my mother.
Such a bad experience yet again.. I swore after I had my daughter at this hospital I would never go back but here I am tonight with my sister we have been here since 7:30p we were in the waiting room for four of those hours and its 4a been waiting for discharge for a hour now.. Staff was horrible they had no type of bed side manor nor compassion!! So disappointed and a lot of these nurses need a new profession because they are miserable and it shows
