Love the floor plans and location but the management makes lots of promises but their actions show that they don't care for the tenants at all.
(My review did not show up on here when I posted it on 2/28/2024 for unknown reasons) This apartment is not as expected and not as advertised. None of the online listings for this complex has any pictures of an apartment that looks as bad as mine. It was not clean and my feet turned black after walking around with my shoes off last night. The worst decision I've ever made. The reviews with the nice looking units are literally of the same unit(s) that they DONT lease out. I hate it here. This complex alone has taken such a toll on my health and they will do absolutely nothing about it. The pictures speak for themselves but on another note there's several things that make an already bad situation worse. 1 No pool. It's ALWAYS green. 2. The ponds and fountains are GREEN. Previously called "Oasis at Oakwell" and currently called "Maya" under the new management, it is the same. I lived in those apartments for several years, to my surprise I found an intense family of mice and I would never live there again. At that time it was too unpleasant to live in those conditions and I was not the only tenant with that problem. The office was horrible back then and if you were lucky you were treated with dignity.
