These people either rent out or carry a predatory towing and vehicle impound company in their property called APM Towing which towed my car from a shopping center just 2km away and charged a hefty fee close to 500$. I was at the parking lot for just 30mins. Their pools and landscape business can also be predatory when they harbour a predatory towing company in their property.
UPDATE*** this pool job just keeps getting worse. Had to hire real concrete specialists and a real pool installer. The original concrete needed to be ripped out and replaced. Pool walls are not straight. The concrete pool bottom needed to be jack hammered out and replaced and the built in steps were not filled properly. Eventually I will have a nice pool but none of the work done by Oakvilles finest pools was even close to industry standard. Buyer beware!! **Would give zero stars if it was possible. They dumped a winters worth of leaves into my pool upon opening. Didn't know how to prime my pump. As a result they broke my pump, and my pool was unusable for over a month as I tried to remove the leaves and winter water from it. It was a horrendous experience - never again. (This happened in May of 2023, I opened it before the May long weekend and couldn't use my pool until June 2023, and had to replace the pump, ask Kelly!!
