The service department at VW Oakville is incredible! They were so kind both over the phone and in person to accommodate my last minute call to come in today, and they were able to fix my problem within an hour - despite me not having an appointment. On top of their generosity and time, I left with a shiny, freshly washed car, which I was not expecting at all! Thank you so much and I will definitely be back to this location!
Incredible care and service from the moment I stepped in. Not all VW locations have the same feel and excellence among staff.
