I always have a positive experience here! The receptionists are always incredibly sweet and helpful. As a student I was confused on how my school insurance worked but they gladly took the time and explained it thoroughly to me. Dr. Pina did my general cleaning and was very friendly (we even chatted during it!) and another Dr. did my fillings (I forgot her name unfortunately, I believe it started with a B) and she made it a very very comfortable process for me and is very knowledgeable about her practice. A positive A+ experience with checkup by a professional, knowledgeable dentist, who put our interest first. The dental hygienist worked tirelessly to clean the 5 years of accumulated plaque, without causing any pain or discomfort. The staff is efficient and friendly. Oakville Smiles put a smile on both my husband and I, on our first visit there. Top notch service, highly recommend this dentist.
