Posting on my wife's behalf, I have been going there quite a few times for a while now, maybe 10 times at least. Of all the times I come with different staff, the staff are always quite rude. micro-aggression, unkind, and honestly, it's hard to ask very basic questions, especially for the person named Luis, who is not. approachable, he is grumpy, rude, and rough dealing with your hands, I tried at least 3 times to talk to him and always the same thing. I usually book with whoever is available at the time I am and am always so happy! Everyone on staff does a wonderful job, I’ve never left disappointed and often ask for detailed designs. I do want to shoutout Leah today because I may have gotten the best nails I’ve ever had!! She took my inspiration photo and gave me the EXACT nails I wanted, if not better.
