A very unfortunate incident has led me to review this dealership and change it for my next service. I have been coming here without incident for the last 2 years since I purchased my car. I left my car this week at the Infiniti dealership for a simple oil change and inspection. The service agent who took in the car didn’t bother calling me and letting me know the service was complete.
