Extremely disappointed with my experience at Oakville Infiniti. The vehicle was purchased three years ago as an officially Certified Pre-Owned Infiniti, and at the same time I purchased an extended Infiniti corporate warranty covering the engine and transmission through the end of 2027. The car has only driven about 35,000 km since purchase. I have dealt with Infinity in the past and now my lease is up. I live in St.Catharines and drove to Oakville since no one would return my calls. Tried to use the online AI help and it said someone would contact and no one did. Back in the day and again now their customer service is poor.
First time at Infiniti Oakville and I have to say they made me feel like a friend. Tom and Tyler are great to work with as they just want you to be as satisfied as possible before you leave. They both work in parts and honestly made my experience awesome and I will be returning in the future great job guys! Thanks again
