I've been to Honda Service twice in the past month—once for an oil change and again for an ongoing issue with my A/C not blowing cold air. Throughout both visits, Catarina Pereira and Miguel Silva went above and beyond. Most recently, Miguel made every effort to fit me in before the heat wave so I could have my A/C looked at. He also took the initiative to ensure the repair was covered under warranty, something I never even asked him to do. I truly appreciated that extra effort and kindness.
