I damaged my side mirror recently. A small issue for a big company like MB but a big issue for me! I first went to the dealership where I was expertly advised (thanks to the manager, who happened to be there. He put my mind at ease, was reassuring and understanding). We have had 3 unfortunate accidents in the past 4 years. Each time we were not at fault and could not have come at a worse possible time. From arranging to help us connect with towing services to providing a rental, This facility has been outstanding. The team at Oakville Collision Centre are fantastic! The whole team is amazing and took the time to go over the claim process and car's damage with me. Very honest, and kept me updated throughout the whole process! They even helped with getting the rental set up and made a smooth transition to and from. I could not recommend them enough if anyone is needing to get their car fixed.
