“Best car wash in town! The team here treats every car like it’s their own. Super friendly staff, quick service, and unbeatable quality. You can tell the owner really cares about customer satisfaction — I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!”
I’d like to share my experience regarding the service I received. Even though I chose the most expensive and comprehensive package, there were still areas inside the car that hadn’t been touched or cleaned at all. They also washed the floor mats and put them back without drying them. I went on a rainy day, so extra care should have been taken with the interior cleaning. After all, the exterior was going to get wet again shortly anyway. There is a 0% chance that I would ever come back here.
If there was a lower store, I would leave that first time ever going to them and this is how they leave my vehicle. The guy that was cleaning the driver side used a dirty cloth and left marks all over my vehicle. Is this how they do work disgusting how dare you use a dirty cloth on someone’s car and charge them And then expect a tip
