I gave one star because the outside of my car looked good, probably because I have an excellent ceramic coating on it. As far as the interior goes, there was so much cleaning spray used that the leather and vinyl was still wet in places and had a cloudy finish in others. Some places were missed entirely. So they totally scammed my 88 yr old mom who has been going for years. Charged her way to much money, more then she ever paid before and she fought them and didn’t win. Big scam

My other half took my car in today as I am away. I had a free wash after collecting all the stars on the card. One guy came and said he can get the salt off the mats for $5. My other half said okay, no one ever sits in the back so it was the two front. Then came back and said for $3 more they'd get it off from just around where the mat was. Another guy can in and tried to charge him $35.00!! My other half said he was told $8.00!
