I will never bring my dog here again. Apparently they allow 80 dogs at a time at day care! Today there were 75! There are two small rooms, maybe 20x20ft, so about 40 dogs per room. That is not adequate. My dog got bit today and they didn't bother to call me. They told me after I paid for the day while picking him up. I will post pictures of the bite marks.
Today was Eve's (my puggle) first day at the Pet Resort. Her grandma (my mom) set it all up and I am EXTREMELY thankfull as Eve had a blast! I see how much time and effort is put into our furrrbabies and THANK YOU! Amazing place! We are now your regulars. Eve says "Hello and that she had a great time!"
We have used this place several times and were happy. However, during the last visit our dog was injured and they did not call us. Not only did they not call us, they did not tell us when we picked him up. We asked what happened and were told that they did not know. We asked for any documentation related to our dog and received nothing. We will never be using this place again!!!!! We understand the dogs do things sometimes and get injured, but the lack of communication and having an environment in which a dog can get injured... read more
You can see the happiness on the animals faces when your there. The people there don't just feed and pick up after your pets. You can tell they spend time with the animals and make every one of them feel special. !!!
I am absolutely pleased with the staff in the fantastic treatment of my German shepherd/husky mix. My dog loves this place!
The best place I have ever brought my pets to, they will always have my bussiness!

I take my two cockapoos to day care and they enter excited and leave exhausted !! Five stars for sure
The people who take care of my Koda are always so friendly. They know who we are every time we come for daycare and really seem to care for Koda. They always know him on sight. He goes crazy to get in back with his buddies. I appreciate the good care they give when he spends time with them.
