I love this place.I bring my dogs here to be groomed. My dogs dont mind going in which tells me they are treated good. And for me the bonus is they groom on sunday. I absolutely would recomend this place.

Do not board your pet at Oakview Pet Resort especially Saturday to Sunday. They charge you for Sunday daycare when you pick up your dog even though they don't open until noon on Sunday. I tried contact the Better Business Bureau regarding this practice. Oakview's owner did not even respond to the complaint.
My white Shepard Duffy loves going to Oakview! When we ask her if she wants to go to daycare, she can't get in the car fast enough. She is very particular and cautious but when she gets to Oakview she doesn't even look back, just goes in so excited. Carmella and the staff are so wonderful, they treat our dogs as their own. Oakview is clean, fun, organized! Also love knowing Duffy can go to one of the suites to rest if she needs some down time. Lisa and Heather in Wauconda are awesome trainers. Since I live in Lake Zurich, I use Lake Zurich for day care. The staff there is awesome. Their love of dogs is so apparent. The facility has a great mix of activity/play time and rest. Brady and I love Oakview.

Our Otis has been a student of Lisa's since shortly after we rescued him this summer. Working with rescues can be challenging, but Lisa gives Otis and his family the confidence and tools needed to ensure his safety, good manners, and happy socialization.
