I wish I could give a lower score. I had gone to my PCP and she asked me to get my annual skin check which had not been done in a couple years and our insurance covers the annual wellness visit so I scheduled with the Ft. Mill location. Long story short, the communication here is the worst. Never did they tell me I was going to be charged for a new patient visit which I was not, never was I told that there is a difference in the charges if you are seen by a Dr. or a P.A.. I had a great appointment but I’m am extremely sad that Dr. Meredith is leaving.
I had not been to a dermatologist before and considering I am a senior I thought it was time. I was very disappointed. The nurse was the nicest and informative. I felt like I was there for the doctor to see how many spots she could burn on me.She walked in with her can of liquid nitrogen, ready to burn. I never even noticed anything that should have been a concern. She actually asked me if I wanted them taken off, rather than say "I recommend that these precancerous places be removed."
