The staff and maintenance at Oakview are amazing.
My ex wife and I lived here for almost 3 years and never had any major issues. The only real problem with the house was the cracking foundation that made the concrete floors uneven. The reason for the low score comes from the fact that I just applied for my first new rental after my ex and I split and they tried to say that I "never paid rent on time" and that there was "pet damage".
