They are not maintained like they should be and they are not up to code on structural or electrical! They pick and choose what they charge on rent,they tell you a price and when you go to pay it they tell you your not paying enough! There is a lot of residents here that is not pleased on being discriminated against, but they pick and choose certain people to pay certain amounts! This place has potential of being a great place ,but they will have to get rid of the money hungry vultures first!
It is a great place to live and the staff are friendly and most of the neighbors are but if you got more then 2 kids then it's not for you they only have 1 and 2 bedrooms only and another thing I wish that they would upgrade their appliances that's all but again it is a great place to live...
Quite and peaceful, a great place to live. Dog friendly and the apartments are well maintained. The staff is great.
