The complex is very clean and inviting. The apartments are nice and quiet. The landlord is so kind and helpful She has made a lot of positive changes around here and it shows!!. It's a great place to live!
I recently moved into this place and have been very impressed with the experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality. Courtney, who oversees the management, is fantastic; she's always available to assist and promptly answers any questions and helps with any issue I may have or problems I need taken care of. Overall an amazing place
I have lived in Oak View apartments for 11 years. I love it here. It's peaceful and quiet.\n Very convenient choose grocery stores, restaurants.Whatever you need it's close to you
I'll be real.... I like the scenery the trees are nice and it's nice to go for a walk once in a while..... but I do find some of the neighbors kinda noisy - and then there's one particular person who actually gaslights me doesn't want me to make my own decisions whatsoever (well I say tough luck if it makes him upset) - not to mention the landlord people won't do anything about it .... some of my neighbors are just plain disrespectful (the noise the gaslighting that kinda stuff)
I moved here on March 17th, and so far, it's been going really well. My mother and I are enjoying living here, and the community is so great that even the staff are really helpful when catering to my mother and I's needs when it comes to questions and other things. I would recommend this apartment for anyone who is looking for income based housing and is looking in a safe and quiet area they have 1 and 2 bedrooms that are each on the 1st and 2nd floors.
