Well where do I begin. We have the best working for us. The property management is excellent, making our home a place to enjoy. Yes we still have things to get done, but we have work in progress for sure. The maintenance man is doing an amazing job with the property. He is working hard to make it a better place. Like anywhere that has lots an improvements to make it takes time. He has speed it up that process also. He is very friendly, hard working and polite. Their word means nothing to them they don’t follow their lease agreement and they don’t give back deposit no matter how clean you leave their apartment and how many times they tell you they will give back your security deposit it’s all a LIE SO DON’T HOLD YOUR BREATH.
The new apartment manager Annette is amazing to work with. She is extremely friendly and trust worthy ! She has done an amazing job of turning this place around. I have definitely seen a good change in the place since she has taken over ! The grounds are cleaner since she has taken over. The grass is always maintained and bushes always trimmed. The maintenance man Donald is friendly and trustworthy. As long as you do as you are suppose to and follow the rules of your lease you will have no issue here!
I absolutely love the new property manager Ms.Annett she makes sure my maintenance is well kept.She has made this community safe again highly recommended
