Their word means nothing to them they don’t follow their lease agreement and they don’t give back deposit no matter how clean you leave their apartment and how many times they tell you they will give back your security deposit it’s all a LIE SO DON’T HOLD YOUR BREATH.
The new apartment manager Annette is amazing to work with. She is extremely friendly and trust worthy ! She has done an amazing job of turning this place around. I have definitely seen a good change in the place since she has taken over ! The grounds are cleaner since she has taken over. The grass is always maintained and bushes always trimmed. The maintenance man Donald is friendly and trustworthy. As long as you do as you are suppose to and follow the rules of your lease you will have no issue here!
I absolutely love the new property manager Ms.Annett she makes sure my maintenance is well kept.She has made this community safe again highly recommended
I was going to stay silent until I received a civil suit in the mail . This landlord is steady harsssing me any which way she can because I exposed her to other tenants as well as the limestone county sheriffs office.. Lived here almost 4 years never had any problems until this new landlord took over, I was washing dishes in the bathroom sink for 4.5 months , maitenence was told not to fix anything in my apartment because “I can’t be trusted” the new landlord calls the cops and makes reports CONSTANTLY!
