Customer service (communication) has greatly improved over the last year. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood, friendly & attentive staff...they are doing a much better job with cleanliness/appearance too. I went on a weekday and it actually smelled and looked decent. Nursing staff and administrative staff were available which is extremely important when caring for loved ones. And yes, us Americans DO love and appreciate our parents...we just don't always have the "village" to be able to support them and that's why we rely... read more
I would not recommend to anyone who truly cares about their loved one. My mom laid in her bed until her Medicare benefits ran out. There was no priority placed on getting her back to baseline via physical or occupational therapy. Many of the staff lack compassion and are incompetent
Whenever Mrs. Marine is working the 7/3 shift I have no worry about my mom. I wish more nurses worked like her. FYI please stop allowing nurses to bring iPads to work.
