The room was clean, the temperature was nice and his fluid bag was emptied and the nurses were so nice. Thank you Very Nice Experience

Today was another fallacy - ignoring patient needs and concerns - please adhere to quality compliance and patient care; the patients are a vulnerable population and deserves quality care and respect. My father has been there a week and has had nothing but issues. He moved in on Thursday and was not taken out of his bed until Monday. He is there for PT to get stronger so he can come home. There are roaches all over his room and in his bed. This facility should be shut down. It is very old looking and does not look like it would be a facility to help people get stronger. The residents were friendly. The staff courteous and friendly when we walked in.
High Quality of Care...NO! Let me explain. There's constant "telephone jail " I can text but no call going in nor out." This happens frequently. The laundry is S L O W, one week before you get your clothes back. The patients say "good luck "" The food is stale and the eggs are always cold. Be prepared to do a Ubereats run. Many of the dishes couldn't be identified or cold . Bring your own coffee; here the coffee is coffee water. Grits no salt pepper and butter. The. med techs CNA's are SLOW.
