Never do business with this lender. just before the clear to close they decided not to honor the rate lock and wanted additional down payment to complete the loan. Buyer walked away. Never in 25 years in business has this happened.
Don't let their pricing hook you. I had many loans submitted at once with them and every one took so long the appraisals expired! 4 months! They are so unorganized that they asked me for documents that were already sent to them over and over, to the point one of the appraisals expired and they couldn't even find the appraisal. To get a productive response we had to email the area executive, his boss, co-processors and CC anyone else we could think of. Please avoid doing business with this company at all cost! It has been a complete nightmare doing business with them. You will never receive consistent communication, they don’t meet deadlines, they’re rude, and cannot close a loan. If I had seen the reviews prior to we would've ran. Every review that you see is TRUE! They literally just offered my husband to sign for a interest only loan just to close the loan today and stated he can come back in 3 months and try to refinance. 1 star is not even worthy of this company. I've been in lending over 24years and have NEVER received such horrible service. I am now over a MONTH past a closing date and every day something new comes up with them. You're lucky if they answer their phone let alone respond to anything. They misquoted the rate by over 2% and answer their phones, if they even do answer, with "HEY!" I promise you it is not even worth attempting to deal with the company, it is literally a joke.
