If I could give zero stars, I would. Since this property manager took over, the atmosphere has completely changed. Instead of focusing on maintaining the property or treating tenants with respect, the focus seems to be on intimidation, nitpicking, and looking for reasons to threaten long-term residents with lease violations. I have also been repeatedly misgendered despite making my identity clear. Respecting a tenant’s identity is basic professionalism, yet that courtesy has been consistently ignored.
