I have been using the Oaktops apartment storage for 4 years and I paid on time, most of the time paid 6 months in advance. The storage building had water damage and I was told to move out my belongings in 72 hours. I had to take of time from work, hired movers, rented a truck and find storage in two days. I lost money from work and spent money for movers and rental truck. Half of my stuff are damaged from mold and water. All family pictures are and important documents are damaged. My husband and I lived at Oaktops for close to two years and have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. Jana, the property manager, is by far the most attentive, transparent, and caring property managers we have ever had. Manuel, the lead maintenance associate, is an extremely hard worker who is very thorough and timely when it comes to addressing any issues that arise. The safe and quiet atmosphere at Oaktops along with the incredible view of Marin County is truly unbeatable. Had we not moved due to a job relocation... read more

I have lived here at Oaktops almost one year now and I cannot wait to move out!! Our apartment is below the garage and everytime a car passes through it is ridiculously loud! The washers and dryers do not clean clothes thoroughly and when I asked the on site manager, Kimberly, about this her response was to use hot water and she also added she's never had issues with them because she has her own washer and dryer in her apartment. I lived here for a year, I would still be living there if it weren't for a family emergency back east. Great staff and the building manager is great! Pet friendly! JAD
