I hate to give a star, I paid for 2 tires, but after I paid my car didn't start and no one said anything about it not starting and I seen my hood up like what's wrong? No one said anything. I said stop. My car been working fine day and night. No lights were on, no radio, no heat/ ac off. First off, I come from a family of mechanics and certified in automotive service, hint I know things about cars as well. I have a 2005 Honda Accord that needed 2 rims that I couldn’t find ANYWHERE under $100.00 each. Not worth it for a twenty year old car! I called Oakton Tires and spoke with Franco. He said that he had them and could also sell me the 4 tires that I needed! I showed up without an appointment and Franco installed everything in about 30 minutes while I waited comfortably in his warm office. What an amazing experience that was also kind, professional and affordable. As a female, this is greatly appreciated!

i wish I could rate this place a 0 stars but I can’t but if I could I would. They did something to my car and it wouldn’t start & I gave the money to the owner BEFORE the car was finished with its service & when I came to for them to roll the car on the ground the hood of the car was up. They aren’t mechanics so why are you messing with my hood. They then were silent & had 3 jump cables trying to jump my car & it didn’t work. After, they didn’t even tell me that my car needed a jump.
