I applied for a rental that they had listed and paid the application fee as that was expected for them to even consider your application. They emailed me and said they needed for me to get my current landlord to respond so that thy can continue the approval process. Had the absolute worst experience with OakStone Property! They did not fix anything they said they would during the walk through and our unit was flea infested when we moved in. They ended up charging us for the pest control service. AVOID THEM

They are terrible just take people money never answer your calls or messages if I could rate them a zero I would i don’t recommend them at all‼️

I am trying to figure out how they been in business for 10 years, because as a business owner myself, I would never ever treat my clients the way they do. Matt Burlee has a horrible work and communication ethic. He’s rude and sounds like he doesn’t like his job.
