The apartment leasers Samantha Landez, Minerva and Becca should all be ashamed of themselves. I have never witnessed a more unprofessional way to run apartments. These women should be FIRED for how they deal with and treat tenants. Samantha is the biggest snake of all and has LIED TO MY FACE just to get extra money out of me. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER!!! The apartment we moved into is DEEPLY infested with BED BUGS!!! They admitted guilt yet expect us to live in the apartment suffering injuries constantly. They treated the apartment once and the infection got worst. Management was also notified in the inspection that the patio glass door does not shut completely, nor lock and they never fixed it. we have lived here for 8 weeks and have been flooded 6 times we called maintenance and they came looked and said yep its flooding and went home. There is a ton of mold every one is sick from it. We went 4 days no hot water. We went 5 days no ac we were threatened by neighbor because our son looked at him as he walked by. It has sucked to the max

No hot water, water leaks everywhere, no help from the office they just keep saying tomorrow, tomorrow! Save yourself money and time find some other place thats not falling apart!

Terrible conditions. The management staff is horribly rude. The place is loud (everywhere) and nobody seems to care. M3 Multifamily LLC is just awful. Things have gone really downhill since they took over from Lynd.

I can talk about how terrible my experience at Oakstone Apts was for days. Lucky for us we're moving out in 3 days. Our kitchen, dining room, and bathroom lights all don't work after numerous times of having someone come 'fix it'. We spent about an entire month in another apt because our A/C wouldn't cool the house, and were only reimbursed for SIX days. There is always something going on with the water pipes. I have never hated living in a place more than here. The AC has been broken for months now and nobody gives a crap enough to fix it. Ironically enough the A/C in the office, where the bad mannered staff works, is freezing and working perfectly. This place is a complete waste of money. I'd rather live in a dumpster. If I could give it negative 10 stars I would.

This is the absolute worst place I have ever stayed at in my entire life. My A/C doesn't work and after numerous calls, the repair man the office sent was more than less than useless. He suggested that it was the city of San Antonio's fault, and said that "everyone's apartment's are hot". I have called numerous times and they always send the same guy who never solves anything.
