History Established in 1999. Founded in June of 1999 by Dr. Thomas Garey, a Delaware native and graduate of Rutherford B Hayes High School and The Ohio State University. Moved to our new location on Valleyside Drive in September of 2014.

We have always had the best care at Oakside! They really care about their patients and their families. We recently had our 5 year old German Shepherd, Mavrik, in for a procedure. Dr. Dible came in personally to let us how the procedure went. She then went back and brought him out to us as well. He is back to his old self and very healthy! They even called the next day to check-in on him and see how he was feeling. Thanks again to all the doctors and staff at Oakside!
I want to thank Oakside Animal Clinic , especially Dr. Elizabeth Dible for helping us cross My Jasmine, over in the most beautiful way. No other vet I have known has given us that extra time to just be with her. The Doctor, and techs, staff were all amazing and the doctor gave her a small sedative before administering the final dose, she was so relaxed and I know it was her time. I want to thank Dr. Segner and staff for being so understanding and comforting today when I had to decide whether to put our Lexi girl down. You're clinic is awesome and so supported to your clients (human and animals)
We just had a great visit with Dr. Amie Segner. This was our first visit to Oakside Animal Clinic. My Labradoodle Duke has always been terrified at the vet, but Dr. Amie got right down in the floor with him and made him feel comfortable. He has also always refused every treat any one has tried to give him during his vet visits. He refused at first but they all made him feel so welcome, he was taking treats from everyone. What a welcoming place and so professional. I am very happy I choose Oakside for our vet at our new home!
Best vets ever. I love Dr. Garry he always lisions to me and never dose any thing without asking first to my animals. He also has no problems saying when some thing isnt in his zone of care. ( ex. I have alot of exotics so some times they may not have whats needed he has no problems recomending me to another vet thay would) He also recently made time when i rushed in with an emgercy with my bunny he made time for me and helped me. We just had our First Visit with our new puppy Crosby. Every one is so nice I'm so glad I switched to Oakside.
My family and I have been going to Oakside for over 15 years. Dr. Garey and his staff are amazing. Everyone there is so thoughtful and truly caring about our pets. I wouldn't take my dogs (who are my babies) to any other vet. I highly recommend Oakside to everyone!
Oakside Animal Clinic is the best! We just rescued our Pekingese Lacy a couple weeks ago. I suspected she had an ear infection and they were able to get her right in. Dr. Garey was so good with her. She ran right to him. He spent so much time with us and answered all our questions. The staff was so friendly and I knew as soon as we walked in we had found the best place to take care of our precious little girl.
This clinic is amazing! We just took our 8 week old German Shepard there for his first visit and they were wonderful with him! ❤️
