I'm a student at UC Davis, I've lived here for the past 2 quarters and my overall experience has been overall very positive! Here are some pros and cons if you're considering moving here as well :) Pros: - Management is spectacular. Every time we submit a service request, our email is answered within a day and someone fixes the issue within 1-3 days. - The townhouse is very spacious, and the rooms are huge! We toured here and it was really great! Ashley was super sweet and accommodating. The rooms (including the kitchen!) are huge, there’s large in-unit washer and dryers, and some apartments have lockable outdoor storage closets for all your bike/scooter/etc needs.
Ashley is great she’s there when you need her. Life is good at Oakshade Commons wouldn’t change a thing. However beware of the dangerous trees of Davis they will haunt your car.
