*** Update: They had come out and opened the washing machine but didn’t actually correct the issue. But, when I contacted the Oaks Union manager, Jennifer, she rectified the situation the very same day by replacing the washing machine with another unit’s machine. So far, so good. Firstly, this review is written with the concern and wellbeing of the community. Me and my roommate lived in a 2 bedroom apartment from March 2024 to April 2025. Since the day of the apartment showing, we were sold a dream of a luxury apartment with security. What we experienced living here was as close to hell on earth as we can imagine. Oaks at Union is an amazing building to live at. With a professional staff and great maintenance team nothing is missed with them. Can’t recommend them enough!
Beautiful affordable excellent on site staff better than I’ve ever experienced the site manager. Savannah is the one who sold me on this property and then right behind it. There was the cleanliness the beauty of the layout of the apartments well taken care of it is etc..
