Very comfortable, friendly atmosphere… feeling of home … the manager/tour guide was personable, passionate about the building and surrounding lowertown amenities and charm … answered all questions and followed up … thank you for the service and experience…
My bathtub drain was clogged with hair and barely worked. The on/off knob was loose and I needed a handheld shower head installed. The tech did a great job and showed up within minutes from the time I made the request.
Management has made my stay here for the last year extremely a breeze! You can tell they care about their tenants & that they will prioritize your concerns! I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the people who take care of this building!! I recommend them to you ESPECIALLY to all you pet owners!!!
