Not enough caregivers. Inadequately trained caregivers. Constant change of caregivers. Call/alert buttons don't work. When front desk computer worked, no one managed desk. Food is terrible. Leftovers appear to be re-dressed and re-served. No snacks available after dinner meal which leaves thirteen and a half hours between dinner amd breakfast. Residents are told they must supply their own gloves and plastic trash bags. Constant change of nurse. No nurse on duty. No town hall meetings for residents to air grievances staff.

I wouldn’t even give it a single star except that they do keep the lights on and that’s about all. Don’t expect much. None of the eyewash and mush (Care, compassion and exquisite meals) they print on their websites is true, especially at the Oaks at Post Road in Cumming. Pitiful care, worse management and the food is truly dreadful. After 7 years of paying for our family member to be there it has gotten progressively and sharply worse. 4 executive directors in the past 2 years will tell you a lot. Great Thanks to the Staff at the Oaks for a grand experience and opportunity to partner with! The VP of Business Development Kimberly Mahon is top shelf management. The care and concern she showed us was truly inspirational. It mattered to her that we understood how the communities work and what partnerships represented to the Oaks.
