The staff made me very comfortable & were very professional with kindness
Place is a joke! I was sent there as a referral by my chiropractor because he told me they were good and known to take High Mark insurance. Walked in with referral from chiropractor and wanted to schedule appointment. Said they could take me that day. I clearly asked the staff member, do you participate and take High Mark Blue Shield. I was told yes! They flat out lied to my face. Because I got a notice from my insurance company for $360.00 that they charged me for in X-Rays and that they were out of network. Never answer phone, never call back, frustrating! I guess they have enough business for a while.
REVISED: I supposed they saw my review?? One of the Managers called me 20 minutes after I posted the original review and told me they would mail me the disc at no charge. Thanks to Cathy (Kathy?) at Oaks Radiology. ORIGINAL: Had an MRI. It went fine. On time, no issues. I asked for the study on Disc which they promptly provided. When I got home, the Disc was blank. I called the next day and asked for a replacement and because their facility is 50 minutes away, I asked them to mail it to me. They told me there was a $20 fee f... read more
