Then the maintenance man dean is not not allowed in my apartment no more by his self by a week ago, he come in with electricians while they were trying to work on the breaker box and he decides to go sit on my bed with his clothes that smell like cigarette smoke and he’s dirty and he stinks
I’m writing a review on Jonathan maintenance man he is the best maintenance man that we have very neat and clean. He has respect for the residence. When he comes in and does maintenance work, cleans up behind him he also wipes off his shoes before he comes in and when he comes in, he don’t come in and just sit on somebody’s furniture or sit on somebody’s bed. May 23 I get home. We have a plumbing company here working on a busted pipe you talking about a mess. It was a mess. I understand that things happen. I do not think it was right that when I got home, I had to 10 to let the crew in my apartment too get air through the lines to see where they can find the leak. They came in and started pulling stuff out up underneath my kitchen sink. The crew just threw it back in up underneath my sink. I like it here but the only thing when somebody has company, it’s kids and the kids are running and screaming through the breezeway, running up and down the stairs and you can hear him running upstairs and the breezeway they’re out in the breezeway, screaming and yelling. Don’t have no respect for the other neighbors around. Yes, it might be company here visiting, but I think the kids need to be towed to be quiet and not be running up and down the stairs through the breezeway and yelling and scream
