I have lived in these apartments less than 1 month and the apartment I rent has mice. I went into the office today to speak with the manager about the problem and she had the audacity to tell me that I have to wait until Friday for pest control to come out. Today is Monday!!! I dont understand how anybody could have the nerve to say that. Mind you, We pay for this service monthly and you cant pick up the phone for a tenant that has mice actively running around in the apartment. If I could rate this place any lower than 1 star, I would. Do not live here, heed this warning. We've been broken into 8 times over the last 2 years. Including our actual apartment. We've had a bathroom leak for a year and a half, with no maintenance, it got to the point where it ate a hole in the ceiling and still after repeatedly calling, we got it fixed after 2 months with a leaking hole in our ceiling. Haven for crime and etc..... – This place looks all fancy and such. The reality shines thru, when you first move in and start living there. There is alot of crime there, worn out buildings, old appliances that brea down. Mgmnt is slow to respond and often does not. Alot of bullying and threats by undesireable people who live here. As much as they say, they DONOT DO BACKGROUND CHECKS. So you have every Tom,Dick & Harry living there. Saved our lives! – Large apartments. Great prices. Good neighborhood. This place saved our lives everyplace else was either WAY too small or WAY too expensive. It's wonderful here!!!
