My boyfriend and I have lived at The Oaks for almost a year now and have really enjoyed our time here. We are very proud of the home and memories that we have made and are looking forward to many more in the future. We had a maintenance emergency for 4 months (no working air conditioner) and maintenance refused to fix it unless it got above 70 degrees outside, then 4 months later they came to fix it on a day when it was about 55 degrees outside (inconsistent). This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in and the staff makes it so much worse. Jill the property manager is incredibly unprofessional and rude and the remaining staff are untrained and embarrass the company. I would not recommend living here to my worst enemies.

Original review 12/5/17 So.... I’ve been in this apartment 2 days... but first let me tell you the start... I applied, they had me apply and pay a deposit for a place they already leased. LUCKILY Sara (assistant manager) helped resolve the issue. She is the ONLY employee that seems to care or get things done.
