I have lived here for 10 years. It's an excellent independent senior living facility. Friendly and helpful Management and staff . It's a safe and friendly environment.
If you enjoy having your tenants rights violated this is a great place to live. Otherwise it’s horrible. Can’t use candles, required to give your entire medical history to have a service animal, can’t have any lights/bird feeders on your deck, can’t have vehicles in paid spots if they decide they don’t like your vehicle, the landlord asks other tenants to monitor guests and will gossip and share your personal information/issues with the entire building and so on. Save yourself the trouble and avoid these people.
