This is false information in the advertisement. The man answering the phone denies that the signage on the road advertises $35.00 a night, weekly and monthly availability. He then changed the terms of a monthly rental to $50.00 a night for 30 days. Deceptive Deceptive. This is a new owner without mastery of the English language.
